Distribution Centre Manager

Are You an Experienced Distribution Centre Manager Looking for a New Challenge? Ready to Lead our 3PL Facilities across Laverton & Port Melbourne?

We are actively seeking an experienced Distribution Centre Manager to provide strong leadership and oversight of our 3PL warehouse facilities and staff, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and exceeding customer expectations in logistics and transport services.

Key Accountabilities:

• Manage daily operational activities and KPIs for a fast-paced logistics facility, incorporating warehouse and transportation management.
• Lead, manage, and develop a team to effectively provide logistics and transport services.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers.
• Promote a safe working environment through the company's WH&S policies and procedures.
• Monitor financial performance by preparing budgets and forecasts, and tracking profit & loss for site and customers.

About You

• DCM experience within a 3PL environment
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Customer-focused with the ability to build and develop genuine relationships
• Well-developed conflict resolution, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Advanced understanding of complex warehouse systems
• Staff, union and contractor management experience
