We are actively seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to provide strong leadership and oversight of our 3PL warehouse facility and staff, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and exceeding customer expectations in logistics and transport services.
Key Accountabilities:
- Manage daily operational activities and KPIs for a fast-paced logistics facility, incorporating warehouse and transportation management
- Lead, manage, and develop a team to effectively provide logistics and transport services
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers
- Promote a safe working environment through the company's WH&S policies and procedures
- Monitor financial performance by preparing budgets and forecasts, and tracking profit & loss for site and customers
- Warehouse operations management experience within a 3PL environment
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Customer-focused with the ability to build and develop genuine relationships
- Well-developed conflict resolution, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Advanced understanding of complex warehouse systems
- Staff, union and contractor management experience
