    Your Tasks

    Your tasks:
    • Assisting with management of course development projects in implementation, and maintenance of eLearning content, to deliver quality results.
    • Work with senior team members on effective content production, including course design documents, course outlines, course descriptions, PowerPoint slides, diagrams, interactive exercises, and assessments.
    • Support administrative efforts and course configuration in the Learning Management System as per stakeholders' specifications
    • Support senior experts in creating digital assets (One-pager, tutorial videos, simple graphics, or animations)
    • Working with senior experts on learning reporting and analytics

    Requirements

    Your profile:
    • You are a Bachelor (min. 3rd semester) or Master student in the broader field of Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or equivalent and you are characterized by a high interest in technology, digital trends, and design
    • You have very good knowledge in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel)
    • You have good graphic design skills and are solution focused with your design mindset
    • You are fluent in written and spoken English
    • You have a positive can-do attitude, detail and customer-oriented
    • Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively in a global team environment
    • Of advantage: good knowledge in Multimedia Tools (Adobe Creative Cloud, Camtasia, etc.)

    The Intern/Working Student will be responsible for the assistance in running daily operational tasks in our Digital Learning, Talent and Recruiting Services Team as part of the People & Organization (HR) Governance and Services Department. The position is limited to six months.

    You will become a part of the multinational, globally operating, Digital Learning, Talent, and Recruiting Services team. You will gain experience in working on interesting and challenging projects in the learning services space and more. You will learn new skills and work with professional tools in an international globally operating team environment. You have good access to public transport and parking space on site. You will gain experience in working with different digital media. You can arrange your working hours flexibly by arrangement, including mobile/remote work.
